Plastic Bottle Flower Wind Chime 🌸

This is a gorgeous recycled bottle craft that works as:

wind chime
hanging décor
garden mobile
balcony decoration
Materials
Colored plastic bottles (or clear bottles + paint)
Scissors/craft knife
String or fishing line
Beads/crystals (optional)
Glue
Metal rings or bottle caps
Wooden hoop/branch/top hanger
Step 1 — Cut the Flower Shapes
Cut off the bottom sections of plastic bottles.
Slice upward into petal strips.
Round each strip into flower petals.

The bottle bottoms naturally create bell-shaped flowers.

Step 2 — Paint Them

Use:

glass paint
spray paint
alcohol inks
acrylic paint

Bright translucent colors work best:

blue
purple
orange
yellow
pink
Step 3 — Add Shine

Glue on:

mirror pieces
rhinestones
beads
glitter

Silver tape around the necks creates a polished look.
