🎓✨ Tonight is a very special night at Children’s Montessori School ✨🎓

As we prepare to celebrate our amazing students at graduation this evening, our hearts are overflowing with pride — and a little sadness too.

This morning, one of our sweet kiddos drew our school logo with a graduation cap on top, and we couldn’t think of a more perfect symbol of this bittersweet moment. It is a beautiful reminder of how much these children have grown, learned, and flourished during their time here at CMS.

To our graduates: We will miss you more than words can say. Watching you grow into kind, confident, curious, and capable little humans has been one of the greatest joys. While it is hard to say goodbye, we know without a doubt that you are more than prepared for your next adventure.

You are ready to spread your wings, take on new challenges, and continue shining brightly wherever life takes you.

Once a CMS student, always part of the CMS family. We love you, we are so proud of you, and we cannot wait to see all the incredible things you will do.

This summer, we encourage our families to embrace meaningful moments at home that help children grow in independence, confidence, kindness, and curiosity.

From practical life skills and language development to social-emotional growth and toilet training readiness, even the smallest everyday moments can become powerful learning experiences. 💛

We’ve created this Montessori Summer at Home guide with simple, age-appropriate ideas for:

What a wonderful morning attending the ribbon cutting ceremony marking the completion of a service project done by Leadership Scott County!

We are so proud to be part of a project that truly makes a difference in our community. Leadership Scott County has installed communication boards at public parks throughout Scott County—creating more opportunities for connection, accessibility, and inclusion for all children and families. 💙

Children’s Montessori School was honored to be one of the donors supporting this meaningful initiative. We believe every child deserves a voice, and these communication boards are a beautiful step toward making that a reality in our parks and beyond.
