Tweaked my back over the weekendâŠ
not even from trainingâjust chores.
Itâs tempting to push through and âstay consistent.â
But sometimes the smarter move is taking a few days to let things heal.
A week off wonât set you backâ
turning a small issue into a bigger one will.
Real consistency means knowing when to pushâŠ
and when to pull back.
Missing a few days doesnât ruin progress.
Ignoring your body can.
Looks like spring finally showed up!
Took my workout outside todayânothing crazy, just a change of pace.
Something as simple as switching your environment can make training feel a lot more enjoyable.
Doesnât have to be perfectâjust something youâll actually stick with.
The scale doesnât tell the whole story.
And the mirror? You see yourself every dayâitâs hard to notice small changes.
But progress in your workouts?
Thatâs easier to see.
More reps. More weight. Better endurance.
Thatâs how you know something is working.
If youâre constantly changing your workoutsâŠ
itâs really hard to know whatâs actually working.
Most training styles work.
The key is picking something you can stick toâand giving it time.
Thatâs how you start seeing real progress.
The best program isnât the perfect one.
Itâs the one you actually follow.
