The 2026 Mission League competition has concluded, and at the top of the leaderboard is Forbes Middle School!

Out of 333 schools across the GLOBE, Mrs. Ward's sixth grade science class earned first place with their collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Reading buddies wrapped up the year with their annual popsicle party. Falcons enjoyed using their reading skills to build community within GISD.

About 50 Forbes Middle School art students were selected to showcase their artwork in the annual GISD Art Show at the Georgetown Public Library. It was a beautiful display of creativity, skill, and passion. Our students truly shined!

We’d also like to congratulate the 8 students who competed in the Annual Junior VASE Art Competition. Each student earned an impressive rating of 3 or 4, with 4 being the highest possible score! What an incredible accomplishment!
