Would you like to win an all-expense paid trip to Walt Disney Theme Park for your family? We'd love to make that dream come true!

Our school is holding a Read-A-Thon Fundraiser, and it's a fantastic opportunity for your child to raise money while enjoying their favorite books.

As a special bonus, any child who sends 10 text messages through their dashboard to promote our fundraiser will automatically be entered into a nationwide drawing for a magical trip for four to Walt Disney Theme Park.

We'll select one lucky winner each season from all the Read-A-Thons held during that season.

📚🎉 GET READY TO READ, LEMONS MILL! 🎉📚
We are SO excited to announce that Lemons Mill Elementary is hosting a school-wide READ-A-THON! 📖✨
📅 September 14–28
This fun, school-wide reading adventure will help support and provide books for our BRAND-NEW Birthday Book Vending Machine coming soon to LME! 🎂📚🎉
✨ EVERY LME STUDENT will be celebrated! ✨
During their birthday week, every student will receive a special gold coin and get to choose a FREE book from our Birthday Book Vending Machine to take home and build their very own home library! 🪙📖💛
And we’re ready to get started! Summer birthdays and birthdays that have already passed since the beginning of the school year will be celebrated, no worries.
📚 Why do we need your help?
Our vending machine will need to be continually stocked with exciting, high-interest books so we can keep celebrating our students all year long! Funds raised through our Read-a-Thon will help us resupply and replenish the Birthday Book Vending Machine.
But that’s not all! 💙💛
Funds raised will also help provide important resources for our students, including:
📖 Library resources such as PebbleGo & PebbleGo NEXT
🎨 Art resources
🎵 Music resources
🏃 PE resources
This is more than a fundraiser—it’s a celebration of READING, students, and the amazing opportunities we can create together!
👀 Look for Read-a-Thon information coming home in your child’s backpack…tomorrow!
📝 Register your student.
📚 Start READING!
🎉 And let’s make this our biggest reading adventure yet!
READ. CELEBRATE. BUILD A LIBRARY.
💛📚 GO LEMONS MILL! 📚💙
