The heat didn’t hold them back as they showcased their mental and physical strength and powered through some tough races.

Dive Into Reading September 14-18 with our Fall Book Fair. Students are watching the Book Fair promotional video this week during Library class. Ask them which books they are most interested in and to show you the Book Fair Flyer. Classes will also preview the Book Fair and will have a Wish List of the books they WISH they could own.

Did you know you can set up a digital account called an eWallet in advance? This prevents the last minute scramble to send money to school for Book Fair. Set up your account this week, prior to the Book Fair and avoid the scramble. The website linked below will take you to the Scholastic website. Scroll down until you see eWallet. Then follow the prompts!

The Anne Mason Cross Country Team participated in their first meet of the season last night in Frankfort!

Every single runner put forth their absolute best efforts in their season debut after training hard since mid-July, but we did end the night with some ribbon winners!

Team Results:
AME Boys 4th & Under placed 6th out of 11 teams in the 1500M race! The boys 4th & under team had 12 runners that helped lead to this win. Way to go boys!

Individual Ribbon Winners (Top 20 in their division):
Girls 4th & Under 1500M: 1st Place Valoree Maxberry
Boys 4th & Under 1500M: 10th Place Legend Hampton, 18th Place Wesley Maxberry
Girls 8th & Under 1500M: 17th Place Aashritha Papineni
