Working with children is wild because one minute you’re a teacher…
…and the next minute you’re:
A snack distributor
A referee
A professional nose wiper
A human jungle gym
A detective trying to figure out who bit who
And a therapist for someone crying because their banana broke in half
You can go from “we’re having such a good day 😊” to
“WHY IS THERE WATER ON THE FLOOR” in 0.3 seconds
And somehow…
you still have to keep a straight face when a toddler hands you a soggy cracker like it’s a priceless gift
It’s exhausting
It’s chaotic
It makes absolutely no sense half the time
…and yet here we are showing up every day like
“Alright tiny humans, what do you have for me today?” 😅
