Sweating off the summer stress! 😅💪

Now that the back-to-school rush has settled and our classrooms are back in their groove, our team decided it was time to trade circle time for circuit training. We love our little learners, but chasing toddlers all day is only part of our cardio routine!

Keeping up with your kids takes real stamina, and our teachers are staying healthy, strong, and energized to give your family their absolute best every day.

Kindergarten readiness can show up in everyday moments, not just big milestones. A few signals to notice:

1. They’re building confidence to try things independently. Examples: walking into a room first, asking for help, or giving something new a try.

2. They’re starting to recognize the letters in their name, even if they’re not reading just yet.

3. They’re showing care and responsibility at home. This could include things like helping pack a bag, feeding a pet, putting away toys, or getting through part of their routine with a little more ease.

Every child grows at their own pace - and readiness looks different for every family. Their preschool teachers can be a great partner in noticing strengths, celebrating progress, and helping you think through what comes next.
