"This shoutout is for Paige Robinson at Georgetown Elementary in
Indian River School District - Delaware:
"Ms. Robinson made the transition this year to the elementary level after teaching middle school for many years. She brought many new, fresh ideas with her to teach and advocate for our students. As her co-teacher, I get to witness her love, care, concern, and advocacy for our students, along with her incredible teaching practices, every single day. Ms. Robinson is always thinking of new, exciting ways to engage our students in meaningful learning and she constantly encourages them to be their best selves. I am always inspired by the ideas and positivity she brings to school with her daily. Georgetown Elementary, our students, and myself are so lucky to have you, Ms. Robinson!" -Taylor Adkins.

Shoutout for Amy Pepper at Indian River School District - Delaware's Georgetown Elementary School.
"In third grade, many (but not too many years ago), I was in Mrs. Pepper's third grade class. She cared about me as a student and more importantly, as a person. She made me fall in love with learning (even though she took 5 minutes of my recess once) and greatly inspired me to be a teacher. Today, I am her coworker. She continues to care about her students, advocate for them, support our GE staff, and inspire the people around her. What a blessing to be working alongside such a gem and knowing, first-hand, that Georgetown Elementary's students are receiving the best from the best! We love you, Mrs. Pepper!" - Emily Nock

"I'd like to send a special shout out to Georgetown Elementary school's second grade teacher, Mrs. Dickens. She has helped supports my son's social emotional learning as well as his academics. She has done a wonderful job communicating concerns and sharing in creating plans that support him as he grows. I am truly so grateful for Mrs. Dickens! Ps- apparently she is also the inventor of the best indoor recess game ever, 'silent ball.' " -Kelsey White
