Our Bread Making Workshop teaches the science of wheat and breadmaking, covering quick breads, yeast breads and sourdough. Cost is $40 which includes: live instruction demos, creating and feeding sourdough starters, milling wheat flour, educational materials, bread tastings, and a take home starter.
