FREE: NEW 2015 Protein Buyers Resource Manual 2.0! The Ultimate Protein Buyers Resource Manual
I see a ton of recipes being posted everyday. So...to offset all the calories I have decided to post a workout to help a bit. Todays workout will be body weight only.
Set a time as you will want to time yourself.
Warm up by jogging around and doing some jumping jacks.
See how long it takes you to complete 5 rounds of:
12 pushups hands are wide
14 squat jumps
16 tricep pushups hands are narrow
18 walking lunges
20 burpees
Its just you and your body weight. I would love to hear how you do so you can post here your time if you like. Good luck and I'll post another tomorrow.
