This evening our family resource team (Becky McDonald and Kristi Underkoughler), Scott Turner from the preschool FRC, our Krista Stanley, and three kindergarten teachers from Eastern (Heather Baited, Jessie Walton and Martha Brown) met with incoming kindergarten families from both schools.

We made it! Just a moment ago, some of us spoke with a teacher. Emotional. Will miss her amazing class.

We tell our students a heart is strong enough to hold several feelings at the same time. We are happy for summer. We are sad about leaving our classmates. That is what makes us beautifully human. Our capacity to feel the big feelings.

We will miss your children dearly!
