SHCTC Opening Day – August 13, 2026
Attention SHCTC Juniors: We are excited to welcome you for the first day of school on Thursday, August 13, 2026! All SHCTC Juniors are expected to attend.
Shuttle buses will be provided from each home district. Please arrive a few minutes early to ensure you do not miss your bus.
Eastern Local School District Shuttle
• Sardinia Elementary: 7:00 AM
• Eastern High School: 7:15 AM
• Russellville Elementary: 7:45 AM
Ripley-Union-Lewis-Huntington (RULH) Shuttle
• RULH High School: 7:40 AM
Fayetteville-Perry Shuttle
• Fayetteville High School: 7:35 AM
Shuttles will return students to their home districts after school.
All other district buses will run on their normal schedules.
We look forward to seeing everyone on Opening Day and kicking off a great school year at SHCTC!

Hello interns & families!

Some upcoming dates:

· August 12th will be our open house night from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. We will use this time to meet with OOD, meet our new team, talk about the upcoming year, and make sure you are ready to start work!
· August 13th will be our first day back! We will be using the first couple of days back for orientation & then jumping right into safety at job sites along with our first job rotations!

(Please be on the lookout for emails with more information within the next couple of weeks)

Interns have been attending 2 new job sites for their last rotation! Ohio valley manor and car detailing at SHCTC! Interns are LOVING this rotation! Can’t wait to see their growth at the end!

The interns have been waiting all week for today! Southern Hills pampered them today and they really enjoyed it! They work so hard, but now it’s time to PARTY!! Night to Shine, here we come!
