The annual GISD employee recognition banquet was well-represented with Benold faces! Congratulations (and many thanks) for your years of service Mrs. Becky Cansler, Ms. Amy Draeger, Coach Hauser, Ms. Deb Kleen and Mrs. Norma Guillen! Amy and Becky are off to retirement adventures where they will be missed but not forgotten.

The Choir Banquet was exceptional! Our students celebrated a year's worth of amazing performances, superior accomplishments and memories that will always be cherished! A special shout out to Mr. Pulver and Mr. Sawicki for a job well done!

May was a busy month, and we got a little behind in posting all of the celebrations of student/staff accomplishments! It's time to catch up on all of the great things happening to conclude a fantastic year! Congratulations to the 4th quarter GRRRIT award winners! These young folks model the GISD Learner Profile trait of Adapt and Persevere at a high level!

Today we celebrated our 8th graders at Benold with our families and community. We are so proud of their hard work and GRIT and wish them the best of luck at GHS or EVHS. Feel free to post pictures of your 8th grader below ❤️🐻📸.

Tomorrow is our STUCO Swish Event! Students can purchase a wristband before school for $1.00, and are welcome to bring extra money for concessions!
