Congratulations to our 3rd Place Agricultural Issues Team!
The Agricultural Issues competition is one of the most challenging and rewarding Leadership Development Events (LDEs) that students can participate in. Throughout the competition, students researched a current issue impacting the agriculture industry, developed a research question, and compiled a comprehensive portfolio of their findings.
Using their research, the team created an original skit in which each member portrayed a different industry stakeholder. They memorized and presented their skit while defending their research and perspectives before representatives from five respected organizations connected to their topic.
We are incredibly proud of the hard work, dedication, and professionalism demonstrated by Adelita, Bethany, Yannis, Wesley, Jesus, Heriberto, and Estefania.
