It was wet. It was muddy. It was hot. But it was an absolute BLAST!! Field Day 2026 was a success! A day full of smiles, laughs, and unforgettable experiences with friends! From popsicles to pizza box relays, from water slides to winning tug-of-war, and from limbo to lawn games, it was a perfect send off into summer!

Thank you to all of our parent and student volunteers that manned stations, our spectacular specials team for all their hard work, and our awesome admin and support staff for keeping everything running smoothly today! The real MVPs!

Huge thank you to for donating lunch to our wonderful staff today! It really hit the spot after a fun-filled morning and gave everyone the energy they needed to get those last day of school tasks completed after our students left!

Our busy week continues with another celebration for our Cooper Cougars! Tonight we had the privilege of sending our fifth graders off to middle school with a promotion ceremony! We are proud of all their accomplishments in their elementary careers and wish them the best of luck next year!

Thank you, Mr. Vogler and for hosting us tonight! Thank you, 5th grade teachers for all you've done for your students this year! Thank you to everyone who helped the ceremony run smoothly tonight!

But most of all, thank you parents! Thank you for trusting us with your students, for your partnership in their growth this year, and thank you for braving the weather to celebrate them tonight!!

Reminder:
FRIDAY, MAY 22 is the last day of school and an early release day for all students.

We may have half a day of school left, but 4th graders are still working hard and doing an amazing job on this fun project!

It's been a busy week here at Cooper! And it's only Wednesday!

This morning we celebrated with Kindergarten Promotion. Our youngest Cougars turned into 1st graders in a p**f!

Last night some of our superhero teachers were celebrated for their TIA designations at a district ceremony. We are beyond lucky to have such hard working staff helping our Cougars grow and learn!

And this afternoon we got to celebrate winning the district attendance trophy as a campus!

Can't wait to see what else this week holds as we wrap up this school year! Please remember Friday is early release at 11:45!!

Ms. Luna is a master at building the personal connections that make a classroom feel like home. Whether it’s her patience, her flexibility, or her incredible ability to adapt to every student’s needs, she always puts her kids first.

Plus, a huge shoutout for her hard work in making math comprehensible (and even fun!) for her students. Thank you for making the numbers click, Ms. Luna! 🔢✨

🌟 Staff Member of the Month: Mrs. Spindler
Mrs. Spindler may have only joined us a few months ago, but she has already made a massive impact! Students across every grade level absolutely adore her.

Her kindness and patience are unmatched, and she has a special gift for connecting with students in a way that truly inspires them to do their best. We are so lucky you joined the Cooper team! 💖🙌
