This year at Gentry Primary our teachers are sending students to get their amazing work stamped at the office and added to the frames in the foyer on display! We are very excited to showcase these students work!

Mrs. Ellis-Lundholm shares that “it was very difficult to choose because I had so many students do a great job on our Picture Perfect sentences. Congratulations Ember on being the first student to be selected! Anthony, Kyia, Adela and Rebecca also did a fantastic job!”

Open House Part 2

Our youngest Pioneers were BACK on campus!

Tonight was filled with so much excitement, laughter, and JOY as we welcomed our youngest students back for a brand-new school year!

Our teachers were ready with warm smiles and open arms, helping kick off what we know will be an incredible year. We can’t wait to fill these hallways with learning, friendship, and countless memories.

School starts next week… and we are SO ready!

The ultimate green-thumb showdown has officially begun! Who will grow the tallest, biggest, and absolute best sunflower at Gentry Primary? It’s time to find out!

📍 Pick up your seeds: Head over to the Gentry Primary School campus. Students and staff are welcome to participate.

📅 When: Monday through Thursday.

🌱 The Mission: Plant them, tend them, and watch them reach for the sky this summer!

This fall, we will have a designated day for students to bring their prize-winning sunflowers to school to compete against their classmates.

Perfect attendance deserves a COOL celebration! Today, these students enjoyed a popsicle party for having PERFECT ATTENDANCE during Quarter 4! We are so proud of their dedication, responsibility, and hard work all year long. Way to finish strong! Congratulations to all of our perfect attendance students and HELLO SUMMER!

Today we celebrated so many incredible students and staff members for their hard work, growth, leadership, and accomplishments throughout the year at our End of the Year awards assembly.

First, we recognized our Little Spot of Confidence winners. These students who have learned to recognize their amazing qualities, build self-esteem, and grow in confidence each and every day.

Next came our prestigious Pioneer Pride Awards! These outstanding students demonstrated exceptional performance all year long and truly stood out as all-around role models.

We also celebrated our Read-a-Thon winners:

Huge shoutout to Simmons Foods for their amazing donation of new recess equipment to Gentry Primary School!

Our students were SO excited to see all the new toys and games waiting for them outside. These new items are already bringing lots of smiles, laughter, and movement to recess time. We are incredibly thankful for community partners like Simmons Foods who invest in our students and help make school even more fun and engaging. Your generosity is truly appreciated!
