Last week was all about our bodies and Valentine’s Day! ❤️ We learned about our brains 🧠, lungs 🫁, and hearts❤️! Our kiddos made an interactive lungs crafts, used hole punches to strengthen their fine motor skills, made patterns with hearts and we made bead necklaces at our Valentines Day Party! 💕

Our kiddos painted igloos using Legos and they turned out so cool! 🧊 We wrapped up our week learning about Ground Hogs day and made a ground hog craft! We took a vote and the majority of our class is hoping for 6 more weeks of winter! ❄️

This week at Genoa Preschool we are embracing the cold and learning about the arctic and Antarctic! 🧊 Our book shelf is full of awesome new books, our light table is super cool, and we made a penguin craft today! 🐧

This week at Genoa Preschool we are learning about winter animals that migrate and ones that adapt. We made bird feeders to hang outside using paper towel tubes, shortening and bird seed. 🐦

This week we are learning about hibernation and animals in winter! 🐻 We have a hibernation themed sensory bin, a den building loose parts table, lots of books and we are also doing some hot chocolate math! ☕️
