🎉 National Recognition for Geneva Middle School North! 🎉 We’re proud to celebrate our incredible 8th grade WordMasters team, who earned Highest Honors in the WordMasters Challenge—a national vocabulary competition with nearly 125,000 students participating each year!
🏆 The team placed 3rd in the nation in their final meet and finished 2nd overall nationally with an outstanding cumulative score.
🌟 A special shoutout to Elyse Sturm, who achieved a perfect score—an honor earned by only 20 students nationwide!
👏 Congratulations also to Michael Clements, Leah Gomberg, and Hannah Kasischke for their exceptional performances.
This achievement is a testament to our students’ dedication, critical thinking, and love of learning, as well as the support from their coaches: Ms. Bess, Ms. Kremer, Ms. Swenson, and Mr. Prokos.

Congratulations to the Harrison Street School's Husky Drama Pack on a fantastic run of A Midsummer Night’s Dream!
The Harrison Street School drama club delivered an outstanding performance last week and even performed on the field at the Kane County Cougars baseball game on Friday.
What an incredible showcase of talent, dedication, and teamwork! Well done to all of our student performers and PTO for bringing such creativity and energy to every audience. You made your school and district proud—bravo! 🎭👏
