Hootenanny House offers music, writing and art lessons for the whole family.

Our group class format encourages our students and parents to connect with others while experiencing the joy of creative expression. Our adult group classes allow adults a chance to expand their repertoire, learn new skills and have a great time doing it. We currently offer guitar classes but are expanding to include fiddle, banjo and ukele. Our parent and tot classes are live music and dance fun for parents and kids under age 5.

On March 16, thousands of Italans organized a flash mob type of event to express solidarity and support in their struggle with COVID-19. Their song of choice was the classic 1958 song, Volare, easily the most recognizable and cherished song, apart from the national anthem.
