It was a pleasure to celebrate 31 years of hard work and dedication with this amazing lady. We wish Muriel Luther the best in her retirement.

Over the past few Fridays we have been proud to welcome local schools to tour our facility.

Friday October 3rd marks a day to celebrate US manufacturing. Smith & Richardson proudly opens our doors to several students and educators throughout the month of October to showcase what a career in manufacturing can look like, with several different opportunities. To celebrate we are excited to share our winning t-shirt design.

One more week until we shine light on manufacturing for the month of October. Manufacturing is important for continued growth in the US. We are excited to show today’s youth what a career in manufacturing can look like. Here’s the last sneak peek before the T-shirt reveal next week.

In three weeks, we will observe a significant day in the industry, Manufacturing Day, on October 3rd. As part of Smith & Richardson's tradition, we will give out T-shirts to schools attending our MFG Day tours. This year's tradition continues. During the summer, our employees designed and voted on the T-shirt design. We will showcase a glimpse of the shirt each week and unveil the winning design on Thursday, October 2nd. Return each week to see the winning design.

It was a beautiful day for an interactive lunch at Smith & Richardson. It is a joy watching the employees converse and work together as a team (with some competition too)

Employees had a fun night out this past Saturday. Thank you Sycamore Speedway for hosting our team.

MFG Day 2024, first round of tours was a success. Thank you West Aurora High School and St. Charles North for coming in to see manufacturing in action.

It was a great day for a company picnic! Thank you to all the employees that help put it together and for those that came it was a great time.

A perfect day for a cookout and team bonding activity. It's wonderful to see the team collaborating while enjoying the outdoors.
