We made it! The last day of school is here, and we’re celebrating all the memories from an amazing year! ☀️🎉

What a great day at our Sports Finale! ☀️

A huge thank you to and for all of their behind-the-scenes work. So much planning, organizing, and preparation goes into putting on a large event like this, and we are so grateful for everything they did to make the day special for our students.

We hope each and every child had an amazing time and came home with a smile on their face! 😊

We also want to give a big thank you to all of the volunteers who came out to help check people in, run events, lead groups, and keep the day moving smoothly. We truly couldn’t do it without you. THANK YOU!! ❤️

🏃‍♀️ Sports Finale Reminder! 🏃‍♂️

Our students have worked hard all year — now it’s time to PLAY! 🎉 The Sports Finale is a fun-filled outdoor event where students celebrate the end of the year with their classmates.

👉 Reminder for families:
Please make sure your student is dressed for the day (comfortable clothes, gym shoes, and weather-appropriate gear)!

🙌 Calling all volunteers:
If you signed up to help, we’re counting on you! Please be sure to arrive at your assigned time and ready to jump in — we need all our helpers there to make this event a success.
🚫 Please note: Younger siblings or additional guests are not allowed to attend this event.

Let’s make it a fun, energetic, and memorable time for all our students!

💦 NEW at the WES Block Party… SPLASH CITY! 💦

We are looking for brave volunteers for our newest lawn game attraction! Sign up for a 15-minute time slot and prepare to get SOAKED! 🎯

Here’s how it works:
Kids throw at the target… hit the bullseye… and SPLASH! A bucket of water dumps right on the volunteer’s head!

We need:
🍎 Teacher volunteers
👨‍👩‍👧 Parent volunteers
🤣 Anyone willing to get wet for the kids!

Kids… start volunteering your teachers and parents NOW! This is going to be a splashing good time at the WES Block Party! ☀️

Have you signed up for the Ohana Run yet? This 1-mile run/walk will take place during our annual Williamsburg Block Party on May 28th!

All money raised during the event goes directly back to the Williamsburg School PTO to help support students and families in need — including assistance with school supplies, field trips, snow gear, and more. ❤️

A HUGE thank you to all of our amazing PTO volunteers who helped make our Tie Dye Extravaganza such a colorful success over the last two weeks!

Special shoutout to and for organizing this incredible event as our students created their “Tie Dye for Dr. Dye” shirts to help give Dr. Dye a memorable Ohana send off.

Goodbye, Dr. Dye — Ohana Forever, No Matter Where You Fly! 🌺

Don’t forget to follow the directions stapled to your child’s tie dye bag. Please wear your shirt on May 28th during the school day and again at the Block Party that evening from 5:00–8:00 PM!
