Kids class finished up our block on snap downs to turtle attacks tonight and it was really fun to see some of them killing it
Especially Damian (Dominic’s little brother) who came to this class for the first time. He did great!!!

315pm - PRIVATE LESSON

450pm - KIDS CLASS (NEW CLASS for all children)

600pm - ADULTS NO GI BJJ

Good evening everyone

I wanted to let you know that effective immediately there will be the following changes to the kids program schedule;

KIDS CLASS
Tuesday and Thursday
450pm til at least 550pm

FUNDAMENTALS CLASS
Monday and Wednesday
5:15pm til 600pm

Both of these classes are open to all of our children students.

Also, please note that in September we will be starting a massive Facebook ad campaign for back to school time and there will most likely be a lot of new faces soon.

400pm - KUNG FU OPEN MAT

430pm - STRETCHING

530pm - BJJ FUNDAMENTALS

600pm - ADULTS BJJ

THERE WILL BE a 600am ADULTS BJJ class tomorrow morning.

What's up family?

TOMORROW - Looks like there WILL be a 600am ADULTS NO GI BJJ class
