🐾💜🧡 Congratulations to Kennadi LeBlanc, our September Employee of the Month! 🧡💜🐾

Mrs. Leblanc consistently goes above and beyond, bringing creativity, determination, and positivity to everything she does. She is always looking for innovative ways to engage her students, improve student outcomes, and make learning meaningful.

As a leader on our campus, she leads her grade-level PLC planning, collaborates with colleagues, and reflects on her practice.

Mrs. LeBlanc is a champion for her fellow teachers, celebrating their strengths and supporting their growth. She also plays an important role in coordinating events that uplift our staff, always bringing fresh ideas, encouragement, and her infectious energy. And, of course, she always knows when to crack a joke and brighten someone’s day!

💜🧡Congratulation to our 2026-2027 Teacher of the Year, Mrs. Lindsey Gernhauser!💜🧡

Mrs. G exemplifies what it means to be a Bobcat! She demonstrates strong leadership and organizational skills while collaborating effectively with others to provide the best possible support for our students. Her professional, positive attitude shines through in everything she does, and she consistently focuses on solutions while proactively addressing challenges.

Most importantly, Mrs. G gives 100% to every student! She is patient, meets children where they are, and works tirelessly to help them grow into where they need to be. Her dedication to student success is evident in the care, encouragement, and support she provides each day.

Beyond her classroom, Mrs. G is a supportive coworker who is always willing to go the extra mile for her colleagues and our school community. She leads with kindness, teamwork, and a genuine commitment to making a difference.

We are so proud to celebrate Mrs. G and the incredible impact she makes on our students and Spanish Lake Primary! She is truly deserving of this recognition. Congratulations, Mrs. G!💜🧡💜🧡
