This week 8th Grade Social Studies teacher Crystal Kelley is passing the torch to her classroom paraprofessional, Erica Evans! 💜💛

Erica is an incredible example of teamwork in action. She is always helpful, organized, and ready to step in wherever she is needed. Most importantly, she takes great care in supporting the individual needs of the students in her classroom and helping make each day run smoothly.

Her dedication, dependability, and commitment to our students make her such a valuable part of the Dutchtown Middle School family. We are so thankful for all you do, Erica! 🔥🦅

🔥 The Torch Has Been Passed! 🔥

Our principal, Mr. Walker, proudly passed the torch to 8th Grade Social Studies teacher Crystal Kelley in recognition of her dedication, leadership, and commitment to our students! 💜💛 Mrs. Kelley spent her summer investing in her students before they even stepped into the classroom by attending conferences and classes to deepen her content knowledge and bring new ideas back to Dutchtown. She also went the extra mile by applying for and receiving a grant to help fund our 8th grade field trip!

Thank you, Crystal, for demonstrating what it means to lead, learn, and work for the benefit of our students. We are so lucky to have you!
