🔴 Malian Army 🇲🇱 drones, using their thermal cameras, discovered a training camp of around 500 terrorists and their European 🇪🇺 instructors in Tingréla, Côte d'Ivoire 🇨🇮, while they were conducting an assault training exercise near the border.

The Malian 🇲🇱 response was immediate. Thousands of armored vehicles and rapid intervention forces equipped with highly sophisticated communications interception equipment were immediately deployed about 45 km from the Ivorian 🇨🇮 border.

Mali 🇲🇱 says it will not allow any country to violate its territorial integrity.

On April 22, 2018, James Shaw Jr. walked into a Waffle House in Antioch, Tennessee, expecting nothing more than breakfast. Minutes later, g*nfire erupted inside the restaurant. Four people had already lost their lives, and the g*nman was still carrying an AR-15 style rifle. Most people would have run. Shaw made a split-second decision that changed everything.
Unarmed and acting purely on instinct, Shaw charged the g*nman. He grabbed the rifle by its burning hot barrel with his bare hands and fought to take control of the weapon. His hands were badly burned, but he refused to let go until the rifle was out of the attacker's hands. The g*nman fled, and Shaw's extraordinary courage almost certainly prevented even more innocent people from being k*lled.
The country praised him as a hero, but Shaw never accepted that title. He said he was simply trying to survive and protect the people around him. Instead of seeking fame, he launched a fundraiser that collected more than $200,000 for the victims' families. He continued speaking about healing, kindness, and supporting communities affected by violence.
Today, the headlines have faded, and many people no longer remember the man who risked everything for complete strangers. But courage like James Shaw Jr.'s should never be forgotten.

When Jennine Labuzan, an African American mom of 7, uncovered records showing that her great-grandfather held an interest in more than 1,300 acres in rural Mississippi, she began researching land patents and filed to protect what she believed was her family’s generational claim.

However, the current landowners argued that her great grandfather sold his interest in the property in the 1840s, and the federal court ruled against her claim.

As part of the litigation, the court ordered her to sign a quitclaim deed, which would relinquish any interest she claimed in the land.

Naturally, she refused to sign despite multiple court orders and so the judge found her in civil contempt and ordered the U.S. Marshals to take her into custody in an effort to compel compliance. She spent about 18 days in federal custody.

“I’ve never had more than a speeding ticket, let alone jail,” she said after spending two weeks in federal custody. “It was very disheartening, but God finally gave me peace, like this is a door you had to walk through.”

She continues her work through the courts and has started a business that helps others locate genealogy records and understand historic land grants. Her goal is to open the same doors of knowledge so more families can protect their own legacies.
