At Woodhill Elementary, we know that healthy meals help our students fuel their minds for learning! This week and always, we’re celebrating our amazing cafeteria team and the important role they play in keeping our Hornets happy, healthy and ready to learn!

We look forward to seeing you tomorrow (Thursday, October 15) for Parent-Teacher Conference Day at your child’s school. Students will be dismissed early, and conferences will be held at all schools. Parents should contact their child’s teacher or school to schedule a conference.

We can’t wait to see you on Thursday, October 15th for Parent Teacher Conference Day. Students will dismiss at 11:30 on this date and conferences will take place from 1:00-7:00. If you haven’t yet signed up for a conference, please contact your child’s teacher as soon as possible.
There will also be no school for students this Friday, October 16th.

Mrs. Campbell’s 2nd graders team up with their 4th grade friends from Ms. Smith’s class on Fridays for a special time of reading and building connections! This is a great way to strengthen reading skills, build confidence and foster meaningful relationships between our students.

Students in grades 3-5 will take their first NC Check-in assessment on Thursday and Friday of this week. Please help us by ensuring that your child is at school on time both of these days.

Don’t forget to mark your calendars for next week. On Thursday, October 15th we invite you to attend Parent Teacher Conference Day. Students will dismiss at 11:30 on this date and conferences will take place from 1:00-7:00. Sign up forms came home this week. Please return them as soon as possible.
There will be no school for students on Friday, October 16th.
