Born and raised in Ecuador, my passion for dentistry was ignited early in life by my father and brother, both dedicated dentists. Their commitment to improving patients' oral health inspired me to pursue a career in the dental field. In 2013, I became a certified dental assistant, and later earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. Since then, I’ve worked as a Lead Assistant and Treatment Coordinator, specializing in cosmetic dentistry. As the founder and owner of Royal Dental Assistant Academy, I am dedicated to providing top-tier training for aspiring dental assistants, equipping them with the skills and confidence they need to thrive in the industry. My mission is to make a lasting impact on the dental community through hands-on education and mentorship. Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, cycling, and participating in various sports. Above all, I cherish spending time with my husband and two children, finding joy in balancing family life with my passion for dental education.
