🌸📚 What a wonderful Dolly Day at Davis Elementary! 📚🌸

A huge THANK YOU to all of our Mystery Guest Readers who took time out of their day to share a story and a love of reading with our Dragons! We are so grateful for our community and the people who continue to show up for our students. 💛

We also want to thank our amazing staff for jumping in and celebrating all things Dolly! From Reading Buddies and our Kindness Challenge to plenty of country flair, books, and big hair, it was a great day celebrating literacy, kindness, and what makes each of us unique. 👢✨🦋

And Dolly Day wasn’t the only special event happening today! We held our first Snack & Chat with our 3rd grade families. A special thank you to Mrs. Cox for joining us as our guest speaker and sharing information with families about HB 3035.

It was a busy but wonderful day to be a Davis Dragon! 💙💛

📚 Read Big. ⭐ Dream Big. 💛 Be Kind.

We have a fun day planned with Mystery Guest Readers, Reading Buddies, and Dolly’s Kindness Challenge as we celebrate literacy, imagination, and kindness!

We can’t wait to see our Dragons tomorrow! 💙💛
