This past Saturday, our students represented the HIM program at the annual IU Northwest 2026 Spring Health and Wellness Fair by engaging with participants, sharing information about HIM-related topics, and helping make the event both fun and informative. There were interactive games, prizes, and educational activities throughout the event.
It was a great opportunity to connect with the campus community and highlight the important role of Health Information Management (HIM) in healthcare.
We are proud of our students for their professionalism, enthusiasm, and willingness to educate others while creating a welcoming and engaging experience for everyone who stopped by.
A special thank you to our community partners Methodist Hospitals, Community HealthNet Health Centers, and Marram Health, who helped make the health fair possible through their support and the health screenings they provided to the community.
