At PulseFinders Healthcare Institute, we truly appreciate every client, organization, family, and business that trusts us with their training needs. ❤️

As we continue to grow, we’re making a small update to our group booking policy to ensure we can continue providing quality service while respecting the time and resources that go into each class.

📚 GROUP BOOKINGS
• Less than 10 participants: A minimum service fee will apply.
• 10 or more participants: Our standard group rate will apply.

This allows us to accommodate smaller groups while still making sure each booking is worthwhile and sustainable for our business.

📅 CANCELLATIONS
Same-day cancellations will still be subject to a cancellation fee, as time, preparation, and resources have already been committed to your scheduled class.

Thank you for allowing us to certify your staff in CPR training. CPR training is crucial in minority communities, where disparities in bystander CPR rates contribute to higher mortality from cardiac arrests. Studies show that Black and Hispanic individuals are significantly less likely to receive CPR in public and at home compared to their white counterparts. Increasing access to CPR training in these communities can save lives by empowering individuals with the knowledge and confidence to respond in emergencies were used to complete our training.
