Garrett-Keyser-Butler Community School District will operate under a two-hour delay tomorrow, Monday, October 5. The two-hour delay will apply to all GKB schools.

Due to water-related issues stemming from last week’s heavy rainfall, crews have spent the weekend working to remediate the affected areas. While significant progress has been made, additional time is needed Monday morning to ensure impacted classrooms at J.E. Ober Elementary are properly reset and ready for students and staff.

We appreciate the patience and understanding of our families as we work to ensure our learning spaces are safe and ready for students after the situation was addressed over the weekend.
