Performance is very important aspect of what we do here. Getting our students on stage in front of people is a big and often scary challenge for them. Once that challenge is met however, the long term benefits for their confidence and personal growth is undeniable.

To that end, we host two recitals a year, one in the spring and one in the fall. We also give scholarship in the form of three months of free lessons to two deserving students.

Our fall recital is almost always the weekend before Halloween and we encourage students of all ages to wear their costumes. It creates a fun atmosphere and helps dispel nervousness.

This brother and sister duo dressed as Stitch is from a previous year and was hands down our staff's favorite.

This year our recital is October 24th at the Garner Lions Club and we are looking forward to seeing all the new costumes.

Help us welcome our newest drum instructor and most senior drum student, Mr. Ben Carter! Ben is an enthusiastic and very talented drummer that has been studying percussion with us since the age of 8. Currently 18, he is working for the rock band Thorn and Holland's Church in Raleigh.

We have video monitoring in all our lesson rooms and now we have a much larger smart tv in our lobby to view them all. Bigger is better for movie nights too.

We also added smart tv's to some of our lesson rooms that allow us to utilize instructional apps and help our students learn more effectively.
