For most stay at home parents it is difficult to run errands with young children. Delighted Child Care will gladly care for children ages 10 months to 13 years.

Delighted Child Care is a short term home child care service in Garner, NC to give parents freedom to perform leisure activities, run errands without the need to take their children, or have quiet time for themselves. Short Term Child Care is an arrangement where care is provided for a maximum of four hours per day while parents participate in activities that are not employment related. Also very

difficult to have lunch/ dinner with a friend or spouse or even have time for yourself to reflect. My service will give parents a peace of mind knowing their child(ren) are safe and cared for by a trusting mother. Children will have access to age appropriate toys and books which will be cleaned immediately after the child's departure. Children will have access to many outdoor play toys and equipment in the screened porch and fenced backyard. I look forward to hearing from you. I ask for a 24 hour notice before scheduling drop off time. Prices will vary.

Healthy Daily Habits for Kids (and Adults)!!!
School has started and our children are learning the routine and the importance of education, structure and discipline. But one form of learning which starts at home that could create a domino effect on life is hygiene.

Stay hydrated… stay cool… eat water rich foods… protect yourself from the sun. This week we will have temperatures above 90 and heat index above 100. Please be aware of the signs of heat exhaustion and heat stroke in adults, children and pets. Spend time in air conditioner during the hottest part of the day, have fun with water sports, practice swimming in the pool under supervision, purchase a splash water table for the young ones.
