The week of May 4-8 is Teacher Appreciation Week.

Lister PTA, Community Partners, and Campus Leadership have prepared a week full of treats to celebrate our staff's incredible dedication. We would love to invite our students and families to join the fun by showing their appreciation for our teachers throughout the week!

Monday (Elphaba’s Wisdom Day): Wear green and bring your teacher an uplifting surprise! 💚

Tuesday (Glinda Gratitude Day): Wear pink and bring your teacher their favorite drink! 🩷

Wednesday (Emerald Celebration): Dress to impress and bring your teacher their favorite treat! 💃🏻🤵🏾‍♂️

Thursday (Dress Like Your Teacher Day): Dress like your favorite teacher and bring them a flower or a plant! 👗🎽

Friday (Defy Gravity Day): Dress up in active clothing for Field Day and close the week with a big thank-you gesture! 💦

Due to the inclement weather and unsafe road conditions, all schools and district offices will be closed on Monday, January 26, 2026. All after-school activities are also cancelled. Events may be rescheduled, weather permitting. Coaches and sponsors will provide participants with any additional updates.​​
