FROM MS. ARTHUR:

Dear Northlake Family,
Today is my final day as Assistant Principal at Northlake Elementary. While I am excited about what lies ahead, it is difficult to say goodbye to a community that has been such an important part of my life for the past three years. My family and I will be relocating to the Houston area, where I have accepted a position as Director of Elementary Dual Language Curriculum. I will also begin doctoral studies this fall.
Serving as your Assistant Principal has been a tremendous honor and privilege. I have loved the opportunity to support our families in both English and Spanish. As I reflected on my time at Northlake, I found myself looking through photos of this last year, and decided to share a few of them here because they capture so many wonderful memories. I will miss the incredible students, staff, families, and community partners who made these years so special. Thank you for the love, support, and acceptance you have shown me. I will always be proud to have been a Northlake Eagle, and you will always hold a special place in my heart.

We are proud of all you’ve accomplished and thankful we got to be a small part of your journey. From where it all began to where you’re headed next, it’s been incredible watching you grow.

From tiny hallways to big dreams…our seniors came back to where it all began. What a special moment watching these amazing students walk the halls one more time.
