Here’s what’s happening:

👥 PTA Membership — $11
Anyone can join! Parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, guardians, and community members can all become members. Multiple people can join under the same student!

💰 Pay cash using the form sent home or online.

🍦 Class Contest: 9/3–10/3
The class with the most PTA members wins an ice cream party + a little extra surprise! Help your student’s class win!

👕 Spirit Shirts — $14
Pre-order by 9/11. Shirts will be delivered 9/18. Order on the form or online.

📅 First PTA Meeting: Rescheduled to September 10 at 5:30 PM.

Shugart Elementary School PTA Meeting Update 📣

Parents, due to time constraints for both our parents and teachers, we will be rescheduling our beginning-of-the-year PTA meeting.

We will schedule a new date and time and make sure everyone is notified once it has been finalized.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and continued support of Shugart PTA! ❤️💛

🎉 Welcome to PTA Tuesday! 🎉

Our first Snack Attack is THIS Friday! 🍿🍫 We are looking for parent volunteers who are available to come help us out. If you’re able to volunteer, please send me a message! 💛

📌 Volunteer Reminder: You must be a parent volunteer and have your background check completed.

🛒 Snack Attack Online Ordering: We’ll post the link to purchase snacks online Thursday morning, so keep an eye out!

👕 PTA Pre-Order T-Shirts are also available!
