Happy Summer Break!
Hello Shugart Families,
As we wrap up the final week of school, I want to thank you for being such an important part of our journey this year. We have shared so many learning experiences, celebrations, and moments of growth, and it has truly been a joy to partner with you in supporting our students.
As your principal, I am incredibly grateful for your continued support and involvement. If your child is returning next year—and we certainly hope they are—we look forward to an even stronger year of partnership and family engagement.
As you head into summer, enjoy your babies! Take time to rest, but also find fun ways to keep learning going—read together, visit the library, explore, and stay active.
Here’s a sneak peek of our draft for the August calendar. Don’t worry—we will be sending friendly reminders and updates adding more events as we continue planning for next year.

Natalie's Elf Shelf Holiday shop will be available tonight to start purchasing! Here is the schedule from Friday, December 12-Thursday, December 18.

We still need volunteers to help during the school day from 1:30-3:00pm. Please look at the Class Dojo event to sign up and make sure to complete the Raptor background check.
