Across Vermont, New Hampshire and throughout the Northeast, more schools and organizations are choosing Handle With Care!

Four groups of professionals came together to learn, practice, and strengthen the skills that can prevent difficult situations from becoming crises.

We’re proud of our growing HWC community across the region—and especially proud of the people pictured here who are bringing those skills back to the people they serve.

A graduate of Booker T. Washington High School and former NFL player with the Miami Dolphins, Roosevelt has dedicated his life to helping others succeed.

After his football career, Roosevelt spent more than two decades with Tarrant County Juvenile Services, working with young people and families facing some of life's most difficult challenges. His philosophy is simple: "Many young people make poor choices because they lack resources. When they don't have support, guidance, or people in their corner, their options become limited."

Service has always been at the heart of Roosevelt's work. Whether he's mentoring youth, hosting community camps, or training professionals through Handle With Care, his mission remains the same: to help people recognize their potential and become the best version of themselves.

We are proud to have Roosevelt on our team. His experience, compassion, and commitment to serving others make a difference everywhere he goes.
