January & February 2027 is now available to book. I’m not booking March right now because we will have a big renovation project.
We have two timeslots on Saturdays, 9am – 2pm and 3pm – 8pm. Sunday one timeslot from 12 noon – 5 pm. Saturday & Sunday times are FIRM, please plan your event accordingly. For example, don’t plan to begin your event at the beginning of your timeslot or end at the end of your timeslot, leave time needed for setup at the beginning and cleanup at the end. Weekdays are also available, but timeslots are flexible as these days are not as popular. See the bottom of this post for availability. PLEASE read the FAQ’s below, any questions you may have are most likely answered there. Dates are marked unavailable because of a prior commitment or I am out of town. If they become available I will indicate so.
We ask for a discretionary cash donation the day of your event for use of the building. This cash donation should be left in the donation bucket beside the closet the day of your event. On average donations are $100-$150 for the 5 hour timeframe. All donations collected will go toward the upkeep of the building and future renovations/improvements to the building and surrounding grounds. The upkeep of the building is done on a volunteer basis unless outside assistance is needed for special projects. Some donations are also given/donated to local organizations within the community that operate on a donation or volunteer basis.
There may be some dates that are unavailable due to church/community events.
Please make sure we have your phone number. You will get a message from the page 3-4 weeks before your event to confirm you still plan on using the schoolhouse. If you don’t respond to that message, we will send you a text message.
CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel please let us know ASAP so your spot can be used by someone else.

FAQ’s
How do I book the schoolhouse? Just send us a message via FB Messenger.
How many people will the schoolhouse hold? 35-40 comfortably
How many tables & chairs are there? There are six 8 foot wood tables. Four tables have 8-10 chairs & two can be used for food/gifts. There is also a wooden highchair.
Is there a restroom? There’s no restroom in the schoolhouse but we open the back door of the church for restroom access. The restrooms are just inside the door to the right. Please accompany children to the restroom.
Is there heat/air conditioner? There are two gas heaters & two air conditioners.
Is there a stove, refrigerator (other kitchen items)? The stove is currently out of commission. We won’t be replacing until the work is done in September. The refrigerator, microwave, can opener and toasters are in good working order. Also, there are baking sheets, cookware (bottom drawer of the stove) as well as dish towels, utensils, etc. available for use. If you use the baking sheets, cookware or utensils please wash these and return them to the proper place.
Where do my guests park? Please have your guests park in the church parking lot. DO NOT PARK OR DRIVE IN THE GRASS, ANY OF IT!You may park beside the building for unloading/loading or elderly/handicap. Please note there is no ramp.
Decorating - PLEASE use ONLY command hooks for hanging. NO TAPE, NAILS or other sticky things. All of these pull the paint off of the walls. If you choose to use confetti please clean it ALL up. Absolutely NO GLITTER!
There are two chalkboards & two easels available. Please clean these & return to their proper place if used. Chalk markers are in the drawer in the kitchen.
Can we rent a bounce house for our party? Yes, there are outside outlets on either end of the building.
Absolutely no alcohol or drugs of any kind on the property & no smoking inside the building.
Do I need to bring any cleaning items? There are brooms & a dust pan in the closet. We try to keep garbage bags, dish liquid, hand soap, clorox spray, wipes & paper towels available for use.
There will be a clean up checklist on the counter.
