Learn to play songs, write songs, rhythm skills, some theory, let's develop your hidden talents. I'll be your coach. Start with piano and grow into other areas, maybe guitar.....It's been the delight of my life helping people enjoy the gift of music for over 35 years. GOOD NEWS! I will be teaching music classes for the month of July at Heritage Christian School. Keyboard, Recorder and Singing!

Great news! Orange Coast Musical Arts! We're back!
Both Village Bible Church in Garden Grove and Reverence Bible Church in Mission Viejo, CA will be offering in-person music classes again after Labor Day.
Health and safety guidelines will be followed at each facility.
My classes will be Keyboard, Guitar and Choir.
Really looking forward to seeing all returning students and meeting many new families who have been longing for in-person classes.

Well...we have had to succumb to closing all lesson sites. But be of good cheer...I am offering lessons remotely. A few have started up already.
And might I make a great suggestion: look to your "Next Door" app and get creative with your community. I've heard a couple of good stories of "out of work teachers" helping their still working neighbors tutor their "out of school" kids. A couple of motivated moms are already looking for music lessons during this time to help their kids keep moving forward.
Don't give up folks. I believe that some good things will come out from this uncharted darkness.

For private students: We will still be meeting at the studio in Village Bible Church. If and when you prefer, we can always do lessons remotely. Lots of things are changing, but some, don't have to be so drastic.Please take good care of yourselves and consider your neighbors too.

While we are preparing for Recitals in May, we may have to become rather creative and flexible. We are looking at some outdoor options to help keep everyone safer with less likelihood of spreading germs. Everyone bring your own lawn chairs and space them as you feel comfortable...that sort of thing. For this week both venues where I teach will remain open. Classes as usual,but no mandatory attendance for OCMA at Village Bible Church or Heritage in Mission Viejo. Let's keep in touch and keep encouraged. Try to find ways to be "the Helpers."
