🏐🐻 WHAT A DAY FOR OUR GOLDEN BEARS! 🐻🏐

Our volleyball team brought their energy, teamwork, and encouragement to the WELS SoCal Volleyball Tournament in Wildomar! 💜💛

After finishing pool play in 1st place, our Bears battled through the playoff games and finished 4th overall in the championship!

We’re so proud of the way our students played hard, supported one another, worked as a team, and represented King of Kings throughout the day.

Most of all, we’re thankful for the opportunity to see our students use their gifts, compete with joy, and give glory to God!

Way to go, Golden Bears! 🐻🏐💜💛

🍕🐾 Pete the Cat made his way from the pages to the lunch table!

To wrap up their study of James Dean and Pete the Cat, our K–2 Golden Bears brought their learning to life by making pizza for lunch! 🍕📚

There’s something pretty special about taking a good book and turning it into a hands-on experience. 💜💛

📖 Bring Your Bible to School Day! 📖

Our Golden Bears proudly brought their favorite Bibles to school! From colorful picture Bibles to well-loved personal Bibles, each one was a special reminder that God’s Word is for everyone, no matter their age!

What a blessing to see our students excited to share their Bibles, explore God’s Word, and grow together in faith.

God’s Word is Our Great Heritage! 💜💛

📖💧 Bible stories came to life this week!

Last week, our K–2 Golden Bears learned about John the Baptist and Jesus’ baptism. They visited church with Pastor Doebler to learn more about baptism and see where baptisms take place at King of Kings.

This week, we learned about Jesus’ first miracle at the wedding in Cana — and then acted it out! 🎭

We love finding fun, hands-on ways for our students to learn God’s Word and grow together. 💛

📚🐻 Bringing Literature to Life!

Our Golden Bears got creative with their reading projects for Tuck Everlasting!

From detailed dioramas to other imaginative creations, students demonstrated their understanding of the novel’s characters, setting, themes, and important events.

These projects gave our students the opportunity to think critically, express their creativity, and show what they’ve learned in ways that go beyond traditional book reports.

🎶💜 There is just something so powerful about hearing our students lift their voices together in praise to Jesus.

This quarter, our chapel hymn is “By Faith” by Keith & Kristyn Getty and Stuart Townend, and it is also our Memory Work this week.

What a beautiful reminder for our Golden Bears that faith isn’t just something we learn about—it’s how we live. We walk by faith, trusting in God’s promises and looking to Jesus every step of the way. ✝️🐻💜💛

There’s nothing quite like hearing these truths sung by the voices of our students. 🎶

“We will stand as children of the promise…” ❤️

🧸 Our K–2 Golden Bears earned a Stuffie Day at school today!

Their favorite stuffed friends joined them for dancing, building homes and leashes, reading time, math, and even a little reading class. 💜💛

We love the joy, creativity, and connection that fill our school days. And we’d love for you to see what makes our little school community so special. 🐻

We love seeing our Golden Bears learn, create, and make the most of every opportunity to grow!

🐻🍔 Foodie Friday was a good one!

We celebrated National Cheeseburger Day with In-N-Out burgers and Nothing Bundt Cakes. Needless to say, our Golden Bears were pretty happy about it! 😊

A big thank-you to In-N-Out for partnering with our school and helping make this surprise for our students extra special. 💜

Burgers + bundt cakes = a pretty great Friday! 🍔🍰
