Once your reservation is received you will be emailed a few documents:

1) Letter of receipt. This correspondence will provide additional information.

2) "What Have You Been Up To?" Questionnaire. An email will be provided to which you should send your completed questionnaire.

3) Request for donations. Parties really are so much more fun with the possibility of taking home prizes! If you are so inspired, we're seeking donations of goods, games, services, get-aways, etc.

4) Request for names, photos & brief bio's of Matador's that you know who have passed on. HEY, YOU IN THE BACK... ARE YOU RAISING YOUR HAND? As they say, "It takes a Village." Well, we don't need a whole village, just an enthusiastic tribe to take charge of various components:
- QUESTIONNAIRE: Receive via email and track responses on Excel spreadsheet.
- DONATIONS: Track donations as they are received on Excel. spreadsheet.
- NAME TAGS: Match RSVP'D Names and Senior Portraits to create stick-on name tags from Excel data.
- DECOR: Ideas and Creativity always welcome! # tables tbd.
- SET-UP DAY OF: Need energetic folks to assist with set-up. Details yet to be determined. BYO Positivity and Welcome for all. Kelly, Hiriam, and I are so looking forward to seeing y'all again!
