Just a reminder that there will be NO SCHOOL tomorrow, Friday, September 4th, due to a Teacher In-Service Day.

There will also be NO SCHOOL on Monday, September 7th, in observance of Labor Day.

We hope everyone enjoys the long weekend! We look forward to seeing our students back at school on Tuesday, September 8th! 💙

🍩 Learning, Creating & Donuts! 🍩

Our Kindergarten and 1st Grade students had a sweet day of learning at the donut shop! 🎉

They got to see what happens behind the scenes and learn how a real business works. They talked about counting, shapes, sizes, patterns, teamwork, and helping others and got to see how geometry is used to make delicious donuts! 📐🍩

The highlight of the day was getting to make and decorate their very own donuts! 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳❤️

We love giving our students hands-on learning experiences that help them connect what they learn in the classroom to the world around them. Most importantly, we want our students to learn the value of hard work, kindness, responsibility, teamwork, and using the gifts God has given them. 🙏

A big thank-you to our founder and his team at Randy's Donuts for making this such a fun and memorable learning adventure!

We learned, we created, we counted, we measured and enjoyed a few yummy donuts along the way! 🍩😊

Tomorrow is Swim Day! 🏊‍♀️☀️

Please make sure your student comes prepared with:

-Swimsuit
-Towel
-Hair tie/swim cap if needed
-Goggles
-A dry set of clothes to change into afterward
