The Fall Production of Alice Childress's Trouble in Mind is in need to cast two performative members of the ensemble. If you have any current or former students at NCC or nearby areas that you can recommend for this opportunity, please do! We are looking for eager, passionate, experienced, and available performers. Production information below:
Dates: December 12-14th at NCC MainStage Theater
Rehearsals: Begin immediately! Held Mon-Wed 5-8pm in the theater.

Roles Needed:
Wiletta Mayer: The central character of the play, Wiletta Mayer is an experienced middle-aged African American actress who speaks out about racist problems in the script of the play-within-a-play as well as its demeaning director.

Sheldon Forrester: A wise, elderly, non-confrontational African American actor and aspiring songwriter.
