Finally took the time to make a full plated dessert for my birthday. I'm so proud of how this turned out 💜💚.

Blackberry pistachio torte- pistachio kataifi crunch base, layers of pistachio cake and blackberry cremeux, blackberry gelee on top, with whipped pistachio ganache, blackberry crumble, and chopped pistichio garnish.
