Behind every safe classroom is a team that is willing to learn, practice, and prepare. ❤️

Last night, our incredible educators completed hands-on First Aid, CPR, and AED training because keeping children safe is at the heart of everything we do.

Our team practiced responding to choking emergencies, administering first aid, performing CPR on infants, children, and adults, using an AED, and safely administering emergency medications such as EpiPens and inhalers.

This was more than just a training. It was an opportunity to build confidence, strengthen our skills, and make sure we are prepared to respond when our students need us most.

Every day, families trust us with what matters most: their children. We take that responsibility seriously, and we are proud to have a team that continues to learn, grow, and prioritize safety in every classroom.

What if we told you the rain made our day even more magical? ☔️

While many would have canceled because of the weather, we grabbed our rain boots, zipped up our ponchos, and headed straight into one of the most unforgettable learning experiences of the year at Mary’s Land Farm.

Our students fed everything from gentle Highland cows to curious emus, wandered through a sensory greenhouse bursting with sights, smells, and textures, churned fresh butter with their own hands, and discovered that the very best classroom has no walls at all.

They laughed. They explored. They got muddy. They asked questions. They made memories they’ll be talking about long after their boots are clean.

Because childhood isn’t meant to happen from behind a window... it’s meant to be lived. Rain and all.

Today was one our students won't soon forget. ❤️

On United States Coast Guard Day, we had the privilege of welcoming members of the U.S. Coast Guard to our school. They shared how they serve our country and communities, demonstrated some of the specialized equipment they use, and even treated our students to a live drone demonstration!

Experiences like these spark curiosity, encourage big dreams, and help children connect classroom learning to the incredible people who make a difference every day.

Thank you for your service, your time, and for inspiring our students.

2. They’re starting to recognize the letters in their name, even if they’re not reading just yet.
3. They’re showing care and responsibility at home. This could include things like helping pack a bag, feeding a pet, putting away toys, or getting through part of their routine with a little more ease.

Every child grows at their own pace - and readiness looks different for every family. Their preschool teachers can are a great partner in noticing strengths, celebrating progress, and helping you think through what comes next.
