🧺 Support 4-H & FFA Youth at the AAC Fair! 💚

Bid on one of our uniquely themed baskets in the Silent Auction! Each basket is filled with fun surprises and supports the Anne Arundel County 4-H Foundation.

📍 Baskets will be on display throughout the fair in the 4-H Department of the Indoor Exhibits Building.

🏆 Winning bidders will be announced at the 4-H Cake Auction on Sunday, September 20 at 1 PM.

🐎Attention 4-H Families: AAC Fair has asked us to share that they will not be able to offer free admission to the rodeo to those who already have free admission to the fair. Anyone wishing to attend the rodeo must purchase a rodeo ticket. The tickets are available online through Etix and the fair website.

Dream Big! Only 4 Days until you can watch a variety of youth and adult livestock and horse shows in the buildings, barns, and show rings during three big weekends of the 145th Maryland State Fair from Aug. 27–30; Sept. 3–7; and Sept. 10-13. Thursdays gates open at 5 PM. Gates open at 9 AM on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Labor Day Monday. Note: No admission after 9 PM. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult age 21 or older. Visit: www.MarylandStateFair.com.

Anne Arundel County 4-H/ FFA Livestock Auction

4-H'ers, thank you notes aren't hard to write, and they mean a lot to their recipients! If you haven't written one yet to those who supported you at your county fair, why not get it done this weekend so that you can cross it off of your "to-do" list.

Remember that people don't HAVE to support you and your fair - they do it because they believe in you and in the 4-H program.

And parents, let your child write the note! Fair supporters don't care if the handwriting is messy, or if a word is misspelled! It's much more meaningful if your child writes it him or herself.

So use those 4 Hs! Use your Head to think of a nice note, your Hands to write it, your Heart to make it meaningful, and your Health will be better for having gotten it done!

Each youth participating in the county fair with an animal or indoor (art, food, ag, etc...) project is eligible to receive a free 2026 Fair shirt courtesy of the AAC 4-H Foundation (additional shirts may be purchased at $12ea). Please fill out this form⬇️ and show your fair and 4-H pride!
