Small Wonders Family Daycare and PreK is a licensed family daycare providing care for ages 6 weeks to 6 years old. MD #251219 I am First Aid and CPR certified.

During the school year I provide state funded Prek to eligible students. I am a licensed family daycare located in Gambrills providing lots of love, attention, and supervision. I recently achieved the Maryland EXCELS level 3 credential and Level 6 on the Maryland Child Care Credential. A preschool curriculum and a sports and fitness program included in tuition! I participate in the Federal Adult a

nd Child Care Food Program serving healthy meals (breakfast and lunch) & snacks daily. I have a Master's Degree in Education and I was former Special Education/Elementary Teacher with 20 years experience and will provide preschool program for children ages 2 and up. I have SIDS training, 45 hours of Infant/Toddler training, and Emergency Preparedness training. I have reasonable rates. A nap is not just a break from the day—it is vital work time for your preschooler’s brain. When children sleep in the early afternoon, their brains move new information from short-term to long-term memory. Research shows naps can help your child remember up to 40 percent more each day, building stronger focus and better problem-solving skills.

Missing a midday nap can make it harder for your child to hold onto what they learned that morning. The most powerful naps last about 60 to 90 minutes and happen before late afternoon. At Graco, the safety of children and the trust of parents and caregivers mean everything to us. We are conducting a voluntary recall of a limited number of SnugRide Turn & Slide products due to a structural issue identified during a post-production laboratory test.

This recall is limited to the recently introduced SnugRide Turn & Slide model sold in the United States from January 2026 through March 2026. No other Graco rotating car seats are affected, including EasyTurn and Turn2Me. No other SnugRide models are affected.

I have one space available for the current school year. Both income-eligible PreK and private pay options are available. I am also open to considering a toddler (18 months or older).
