On the 18th of October, ATHENA was welcomed into the world of project management at the AIPM awards ceremony in Sydney at their annual conference. ATHENA presented to an audience of over 400 delegates, giving them an insight into how SUBS in Schools has shaped our learning experiences and continues to inspire us. Our presentation was followed by a Q&A, which we found to be both entertaining and hopefully informative for the audience. Once again, thank you to Michael Myers and REA for organising this amazing opportunity.

So honoured to have been able to spend the last three days meeting these amazing people. Both Vector Robotics Team and AMNO & CO ROV were incredibly inspirational teams who we learnt so much from. It's fair to say that one of the highlights of this trip was the people we met, and we hope to see you all again one day!

A team from America was on hand to demonstrate the remote-operated vehicle. ATHENA spent time asking questions and exchanging ideas. The US team asked us to see Flipper (their ROV), so they got to compare vehicles.
