✨ Last week, our 3rd & 4th Grade G/T Showcase welcomed visitors to see the incredible projects our students have worked so hard on! ✨
📚 Our 3rd graders brought history to life with a Biography Living Museum, complete with research display boards, creative costumes, and amazing presentations!
🚀 Our 4th graders explored outer space through hands-on research projects featuring recycled-material models and digital presentations that were truly out of this world!
Both groups gained valuable skills in researching, writing, presenting, and creating — and their teachers, Ms. Tedesco and Mrs. Smathers, couldn’t be more proud of their hard work and creativity! 🌟👏

What a day for our Parker Pelicans! 👍Yesterday, Mrs. Boorman’s 3rd grade class traveled to Ball High to learn about chemical reactions in volcanoes after reading about volcanoes from their Pompeii book report.
To begin the whole experience, the Tor Store made themed shirts for each student and teachers involved!
Mr. Pillar and Mrs. Canak gave a tour to the students showing them all the possibilities they could do when they get to Ball High (from mechanics, to robotics, to culinary classes!).
After, Mrs. Sjostrom and her Ball High students taught a lesson on chemical reactions that included mini volcanoes!
Next, 3rd graders enjoyed a read aloud in the library.
And the grand finale: Lunch in the Ball High Cafeteria with ALL the food options!
Thank you so much to Ball High for the collaboration and making our students feel so special and welcomed! Get ready Ball High, these 3rd graders are so excited to be walking the halls in a few short years! 💜💛🌪️
